Shandong provincial leaders meet with heads of multinationals across 11 key industrial chains including new-generation information technology, high-end equipment, new energy equipment, advanced materials, shipbuilding and marine equipment, high-end chemical industry, agricultural machinery, pharmaceuticals, engineering machinery, light industry, and textiles. These engagements aim to deepen cooperation with multinationals and foster high-quality development of industrial chains.

推進(jìn)高水平對(duì)外開放，打造重大國際交流合作高能級(jí)平臺(tái)，是國家賦予山東的使命和機(jī)遇。會(huì)議擬請(qǐng)山東省領(lǐng)導(dǎo)推介綠色低碳高質(zhì)量發(fā)展先行區(qū)建設(shè)情況，濟(jì)南、青島、煙臺(tái)等市推介重點(diǎn)領(lǐng)域合作項(xiàng)目，跨國公司介紹在華發(fā)展新戰(zhàn)略與投資合作意向，組織重點(diǎn)投資貿(mào)易項(xiàng)目集中簽約。

Advancing high-standard opening up and creating high-capacity platforms for major international exchanges and cooperation is the mission and opportunity bestowed upon Shandong by the nation. The conference intends to invite Shandong provincial leaders to brief attendees on its progress in building pilot zones for green, low-carbon, and high-quality development. Leaders from Jinan, Qingdao and Yantai will promote cooperation projects in key fields. Multinationals will introduce their new development strategies in China and their intention of investment cooperation. A signing ceremony will be held for influential investment and trade projects.

國家知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)局指導(dǎo)舉辦，國家知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)局有關(guān)司局領(lǐng)導(dǎo)就知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)等相關(guān)政策進(jìn)行解讀，回應(yīng)跨國公司有關(guān)問題，聽取參會(huì)跨國公司意見建議。

Organized under the guidance of the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA), the meeting will see leaders from relevant CNIPA departments and bureaus providing interpretations of policies related to intellectual property protection, addressing concerns from multinationals, and listening to opinions and suggestions from the participating multinationals.

Organized by the Shandong Provincial Committee of the Communist Youth League, it will invite influential and prominent entrepreneurs, experts and scholars at home and abroad to carry out dialogues and exchanges and push for investment cooperation in the field of new quality productive forces.

商務(wù)部流通業(yè)發(fā)展司進(jìn)行政策發(fā)布解讀，零售業(yè)跨國公司代表圍繞中國零售業(yè)發(fā)展、外資零售企業(yè)在華發(fā)展等建言獻(xiàn)策。

The Department of Circulation Industry Development of the Ministry of Commerce will publicize and interpret policies. Representatives from multinational retailers will offer advice and suggestions on the development of China's retail industry and the growth of foreign retail enterprises in China.

山東省商務(wù)廳承辦，中國-上海合作組織地方經(jīng)貿(mào)合作示范區(qū)、青島市商務(wù)局協(xié)辦，邀請(qǐng)跨國公司、省內(nèi)企業(yè)代表就利用上合示范區(qū)開發(fā)“一帶一路”國家市場進(jìn)行對(duì)接洽談。

The event is organized by the Department of Commerce of Shandong Province, the China-Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Local Economic and Trade Cooperation Demonstration Area, and Qingdao Municipal Bureau of Commerce. Multinationals and representatives of provincial enterprises will be invited to engage in discussions on utilizing the SCO Demonstration Zone to tap into the national markets of the Belt and Road Initiative.
