Advancing high-standard opening up and creating high-capacity platforms for major international exchanges and cooperation is the mission and opportunity bestowed upon Shandong by the nation. The conference intends to invite Shandong provincial leaders to brief attendees on its progress in building pilot zones for green, low-carbon, and high-quality development. Leaders from Jinan, Qingdao and Yantai will promote cooperation projects in key fields. Multinationals will introduce their new development strategies in China and their intention of investment cooperation. A signing ceremony will be held for influential investment and trade projects.

國家知識產權局指導舉辦，國家知識產權局有關司局領導就知識產權保護等相關政策進行解讀，回應跨國公司有關問題，聽取參會跨國公司意見建議。

Organized under the guidance of the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA), the meeting will see leaders from relevant CNIPA departments and bureaus providing interpretations of policies related to intellectual property protection, addressing concerns from multinationals, and listening to opinions and suggestions from the participating multinationals.

山東省商務廳承辦，中國-上海合作組織地方經貿合作示范區、青島市商務局協辦，邀請跨國公司、省內企業代表就利用上合示范區開發“一帶一路”國家市場進行對接洽談。

The event is organized by the Department of Commerce of Shandong Province, the China-Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Local Economic and Trade Cooperation Demonstration Area, and Qingdao Municipal Bureau of Commerce. Multinationals and representatives of provincial enterprises will be invited to engage in discussions on utilizing the SCO Demonstration Zone to tap into the national markets of the Belt and Road Initiative.
