Every other month on a Friday night, State of Bavaria China Office, German Enterprise Centre Qingdao and Deutsch-Chinesischer Treffpunkt Qingdao  jointly hold a business exchange event for the German business community in Qingdao, inviting representatives of enterprises and institutions to share their topics and professional presentations, as well as to exchange ideas for dinner.

德國(guó)巴伐利亞州駐中國(guó)代表處、青島德國(guó)企業(yè)中心和青島中德國(guó)際客廳每隔一個(gè)月的周五晚上在青島舉辦一次青島德國(guó)商界商務(wù)交流活動(dòng)，邀請(qǐng)企業(yè)和機(jī)構(gòu)代表做主題分享和專業(yè)介紹，并進(jìn)行晚餐交流。

The first event of the year will be held on January 19 at the German Enterprise Centre Qingdao. The organisers invited Sebastian Wiendieck, Head of Legal Department at R?dl & Partner China, who will give us an outlook on “What to expect in 2024 from the Legal Perspective”: While the focus will be on the expected simplifications in international data transfer, he will also look at the new anti-spy law, and the revised company law that will bring several practical changes for companies from 1 July 2024, as well as briefly touch on the simplifications in immigration, legalization of German official documents and tax law. 

今年第一期活動(dòng)將于1 月 19 日在青島德國(guó)企業(yè)中心舉行，組織方邀請(qǐng)了 R?dl & Partner China 法律部門負(fù)責(zé)人 Sebastian Wiendieck做專業(yè)分享，他將介紹“從法律角度看 2024 年的預(yù)期”：重點(diǎn)將介紹國(guó)際數(shù)據(jù)傳輸?shù)暮?jiǎn)化和新修訂的反間諜法。此外，還會(huì)介紹修訂后的《公司法》從 2024 年 7 月 1 日起會(huì)帶來哪些變化，并簡(jiǎn)要涉及移民的簡(jiǎn)化、德國(guó)官方文件的合法化和稅法相關(guān)內(nèi)容。

After the presentations, the event will be followed by a dinner and networking at the Bitburger restaurant next to the German Enterprise Centre Qingdao.

主題分享后，活動(dòng)將在青島德國(guó)企業(yè)中心旁邊的 Bitburger 餐廳進(jìn)行晚餐交流。
