Every other month on a Friday night, State of Bavaria China Office, German Enterprise Centre Qingdao and Deutsch-Chinesischer Treffpunkt Qingdao  jointly hold a business exchange event for the German business community in Qingdao, inviting representatives of enterprises and institutions to share their topics and professional presentations, as well as to exchange ideas for dinner.

德國巴伐利亞州駐中國代表處、青島德國企業中心和青島中德國際客廳每隔一個月的周五晚上在青島舉辦一次青島德國商界商務交流活動，邀請企業和機構代表做主題分享和專業介紹，并進行晚餐交流。

The first event of the year will be held on January 19 at the German Enterprise Centre Qingdao. The organisers invited Sebastian Wiendieck, Head of Legal Department at R?dl & Partner China, who will give us an outlook on “What to expect in 2024 from the Legal Perspective”: While the focus will be on the expected simplifications in international data transfer, he will also look at the new anti-spy law, and the revised company law that will bring several practical changes for companies from 1 July 2024, as well as briefly touch on the simplifications in immigration, legalization of German official documents and tax law. 

今年第一期活動將于1 月 19 日在青島德國企業中心舉行，組織方邀請了 R?dl & Partner China 法律部門負責人 Sebastian Wiendieck做專業分享，他將介紹“從法律角度看 2024 年的預期”：重點將介紹國際數據傳輸的簡化和新修訂的反間諜法。此外，還會介紹修訂后的《公司法》從 2024 年 7 月 1 日起會帶來哪些變化，并簡要涉及移民的簡化、德國官方文件的合法化和稅法相關內容。

After the presentations, the event will be followed by a dinner and networking at the Bitburger restaurant next to the German Enterprise Centre Qingdao.

主題分享后，活動將在青島德國企業中心旁邊的 Bitburger 餐廳進行晚餐交流。
